WHAT IF YOU FELT AT HOME WITH OTHER WOMEN?
From Sisterhood Wounds to Trust and Belonging
Heal the deeper patterns that affect how safe, seen and supported you feel with other women, so you can build relationships rooted in trust, authenticity and mutual support.
You do not have to keep protecting yourself from rejection, comparison, betrayal or exclusion.
Through The Five Layers of Healing, we gently uncover and release the deeper patterns connected with the Sisterhood Wounds, helping you reclaim your sense of belonging, trust your place among women and experience the nourishing connection of true sisterhood.
YOU WERE ALWAYS WORTHY OF BELONGING
Do you long for close, supportive friendships with women, yet find it difficult to fully trust or relax?
From the outside, you may appear warm, capable and confident.
Yet inside you...
-
compare yourself with other women or worry they are comparing themselves with you.
-
brace for judgement, criticism, gossip or rejection.
-
hold back parts of yourself because it does not feel safe to be fully seen.
-
feel deeply affected when you are excluded, overlooked or left out.
-
find it difficult to trust that other women genuinely support your success.
-
overgive, accommodate or silence yourself to keep the peace and maintain connection.
-
expect closeness to eventually lead to disappointment, competition or betrayal.
-
long for sisterhood, yet often feel as though you are standing on the outside.
If this feels familiar, you may have learned that relationships with women were unsafe, competitive or conditional.
These patterns do not mean you are incapable of friendship or that you do not belong.
They may simply reflect the ways you learned to protect yourself from judgement, rejection, exclusion or betrayal.

WHAT ARE SISTERHOOD WOUNDS?
Sisterhood Wounds are emotional and energetic patterns connected with our experiences of friendship, trust, belonging and connection with other women.
They can develop when we have felt judged, rejected, excluded, compared, betrayed or unsupported within female relationships.
Sometimes the wound came through bullying, gossip, jealousy or competition. Sometimes it developed through friendships that felt conditional, unsafe or one-sided. It may also have formed through difficult relationships with sisters, female relatives, classmates, colleagues or other groups of women.
These patterns may be influenced by family dynamics, cultural conditioning, collective beliefs, ancestral experiences or deeper soul experiences.
Sisterhood Wound healing is not about blaming other women or dismissing the hurt you experienced. Many women are carrying similar wounds and learned ways of protecting themselves within relationships.
This journey is about recognising what you experienced, understanding how you learned to protect yourself and choosing what you no longer wish to carry.

WHY THESE PATTERNS CAN BE SO HARD TO CHANGE
You may understand where your patterns came from.
You may recognise the effects of your rejection, exclusion, comparison or betrayal..
You may have read the books, attended counselling, practised boundaries or done a great deal of healing work. Yet you may still find yourself slipping into the same patterns.
-
Comparing yourself with other women.
-
Seeking approval or trying to fit in.
-
Holding back your true self.
-
Questioning whether other women can be trusted.
-
Withdrawing, overgiving or keeping relationships at a distance.
That is because understanding a pattern does not always release it.
Sisterhood Wound patterns can be held beneath conscious awareness, in the nervous system, subconscious mind, energetic field and deeper layers of our being.
Healing often requires working with these deeper layers, and you do not need to identify or revisit every painful experience in order to release its effects.
GENTLE HEALING WITHOUT RELIVING THE PAST
You do not need to remember, identify or explain every experience that contributed to your Sisterhood Wound patterns.
This work does not require you to:
-
retell your story
-
revisit painful memories
-
or relive trauma in order to heal
Your emotional and energetic systems already hold the patterns that are ready to be addressed, including those that may have originated within your family system, ancestral lineage, collective experiences or deeper soul history.
We work gently with what is influencing you now. You are always supported, aware and in control of how much you choose to share.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
Each session focuses on one layer of the Sisterhood Wound healing journey, allowing us to work thoroughly while giving your mind, body and energy time to integrate between sessions.
We begin with a gentle check-in about what you have been noticing, particularly in your relationships with other women, and what you would most like support with. You are welcome to share anything that feels relevant, but you do not need to tell your whole story or know where every pattern began.
While this work is powerful, it is a gentle process.
During the healing, you may recognise patterns and insights as we work with what is ready to be released. I may share what I am noticing and guide you through gentle breathing, grounding or energetic processes, but you remain aware and in control throughout.
We finish by allowing the healing to settle, noticing what has shifted and discussing any simple integration support that may be helpful.
Between sessions, you’ll be supported with gentle energy healing and integration practices to help the work settle and unfold at your own pace.
